Max Payne not starting when I click the icon

Hello. I installed max payne and when I click on the icon the max payne logo comes ups and goes away. the game does not start up.whats up with that.
my specs
athlon 950mhz
geforce 2 pro
320 mb of ram
1241 drivers set on the video card.
help me please.
I dont want to take this game back.

I knew this would happen. tech support sucks everywhere. Its a shame I had to take the game back. O well i'll get it on ps2.

Thanks for posting. I tried the new patch and it did not do crap. I called tech support which cost money and they are a bunch of asses. But thanks for posting.
