Now that we know DNMP just doesn't live up to Duke fans hopes, can we get 3DREALS to make a Multi-Player add-on for Max Payne to help ease all the disappointment?

After see DNMP I am happy that DNF isn't being A-Rushed. Take all the time you need on both DNF and Max Payne II.

No Need for another BOMB....

Roflmao! I haven't visited these forums for some time. When Max Payne first came out there was always someone posting about Multiplayer for MP. heh I visit here today and there it is still! Glad the developers never went that way. But I would like to see Max Payne II!!

First of all, the new Duke game is an excellent game for what you can expect of it, second of all, Max Payne will NEVER have multiplayer, and third of all, that attitude of yours doesn't belong in the publishers own forums...

I wonder how much times people asked for multiplayer despite the constants "nos" from the people at Remedy. Plus, who knows if MP II will be ever made...

It's obvious that they WILL make a Max Payne 2..this is a quote of the manual

Whee, another n00b to crush! I don't care if it IS possible, I'm just glad it doesn't exist as of now. Multiplayer is stupid and appeals to a race of lower intellingence. I don't know WHAT is so great about it. I guess Joe needs to announce it to all the annoyingly stubborn n00bs in big letters.

Aw come now, sawn_off. Multiplayer isn't so bad. You do, however, need to treat it on a case-by-case basis. All these people saying that any shooter coming out has to have multiplayer are pretty much, for lack of a better word, vapid morons.

Max Payne, for example, would be ludricrous with multiplayer, and so many vapid morons out there keep pestering 3DR to do it, never mind that they're thinking out of their asses, basically falling in line with the fashionable notion that every game has to have multiplayer.

Exactly. Just like the Hitman community full of morons who always say "Why aren't there any USA missions? It needs to have USA!" and then I become sad and mad and super mad at these zombies. I wish n00bs would be a bit more considerate.

Maybe Joe should put up a huge-ass banner on the MP General Forum page saying, "NO, THERE WILL NOT BE MULTIPLAYER! ASKING ABOUT MULTIPLAYER FOR MAX PAYNE WILL BE PUNISHABLE BY CATAPAULT!"

Indeed. I was just making the point that as it was worded, it didn't automatically mean "Max Payne 2". images/icons/smile.gif
