Can't get past loading screen anymore

This is kind of wierd, after playing Max most of the night, the next I went to play and it said Max had created an error with sndmfc.dll and I should restart. Of course I did, but the problem persisted. So I reinstalled, same problem, so I uninstalled and installed again, same problem. Can anyone help, and don't worry my system more than meets the requirements. Please email to prefect9k@hotmail.com Thanks

try running SFC (system file checker) as it sound like on of the windows system dll files have been corrupt.

Also if you have ME or 2000 you are one of those people who experince crashing
