A friend and I just bought two AMD 1.4 with 512 mb RAM, geForce2 mx400 video card, yada yada yada. The game installs just fine, however when I try to load the game to play I can't even get past the opening flash screen. (Not the opening movie, just the picture that shows max payne is getting ready to load.) The game runs fine on my friends machine and the only difference is he has a 12X DVD and I have a 4X DVD. We have tried 4 other CD ROMS to check it out (52X, 40X, 24X, and another 52X) and none work. Any ideas?
