Help please!

Heres my problem,going from chapter 5 to 6 i think
it is,when u jump on top of the train,anyhow i jump and it starts to load next act and i crash to desktop and i get this error......

failed to decode jpg image
unsupported marker type Oxf3

heres my system.

p3 700
256k pc100
win 98 ver2
direct x 8 "a" i think
radeon ddr 64 with driver version 7115
abit mb
sblive gamer sound card
48x creative cd drive
iomega burner
western digital 30gb 7200rpm drive

reinstall the game and download new patch?

New patch? you mean the 1.01 patch?

To reinstall the game properly, uninstall it, then delete the max payne folder in c:\program files

Then reinstall the game!

Actually, uninstalling the game shouldn't leave a Max Payne directory to delete.

It will leave the folder if there is something in there that wasn't included in the original install, like a mod or something.
