Developer Io Interactive (Hitman, Kane & Lynch) is certainly entering new territory with Mini Ninjas, a game that will challenge players to "harness the power of your Kuji magic and utilise the special skills of your Mini Ninja friends."
While providing few gameplay details, Io did release a decent bit of media, which can be viewed below.
Mini Ninjas is coming this fall on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Wii and Nintendo DS.
Looks pretty funky, and definitely something a little different for Io. Click here (http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/56822) to check out the video and the screenies they've released. :)

@ Echo: Exactly. All these games would be waste of time. I want the new Hitman.

Indeed!
The Hitman was so good, I'd be happy if they simply replaced all the levels with brand new ones and gfx. Dont need nuttin else.

Just played the demo, and it is awesome. The game feels very open and non linear and there is a lot of depth for the type of game that it is. IO has once again created a unique experience for me to enjoy!

Got this game around Christmas time and have been playing through it recently. It is damned awesome. The whole package really comes together quite nicely. Definitely one of my favorite gaming experiences this generation. The only regret I have in regards to the game is that I didn't pick it up on release. The game's visuals are just gorgeous, and the exploration and combat are fun as hell. The game's environments are very nicely diversified and feel very expansive and organic. Anyone looking for a good adventure game needs to pick this up immediately. Anyone who doesn't deserves Futo's hammer to their head.

How are the controls like on the PC?

I have it for my 360, so I'm not sure. I know that it is compatible with a 360 controller if you have one. If I had to guess, the mouse would control the camera and WASD would be for movement. Download the demo and find out.

If you take the time to put in some quality time with the game, you will find it to not be as cutesy as it is comedic. I swear that the art direction in this game is some of the best I have ever seen. Bravo IO!

I really disliked the art direction in the demo. I can't remember the last time I walked down a forest path where the forest is represented by a solid wall with a forest texture. It felt very restricted and the combat was unsatisfying in the small amount I played.
