I already know how to create and add 8-bit textures, very simple I think, but how about adding high-res ones?
How exactly are high-res textures that is not a part of the official HRP assigned/inserted into the game?
And one more question, is there a HRP wiki somewhere? If not I think it would be a good idea to have one.

Assuming you are running Eduke32 and an HRP version now, you copy your texture into the highres/textures folder. Then from the highres folder open up the textures.def file in notepad and add a line that looks just like all the others in there except you put in the name of your texture file. Re-save the file and you're ready to go. There are other details such as brightness and resizing that can be tweaked but this at least gets your texture in the game.
