No sound during cutscenes

Anyone have any suggestions? I don't get any voice-overs except the ones when Max sees "a key on the table" etc. Not a big deal, the game is still playable - just a detail I'd like to work out...

How much RAM do you have, what are your other system specs, and what are your game settings?

Oops, sorry. Shoulda thought of that. It's a P3 1gig w/768 megs ram, nvidia TNT2 Ultra 32mb, and SoundBlaster Live! 5.1....
