Short answer: Not anytime soon.
Full answer: EDuke32 runs on the BUILD engine, which originally drew only flat sprites. With the current implementation of models, the engine still treats the models as sprites, in terms of collision and the like. The only feasible way to get something to work would be collision voxels. Voxels are a type of model that involves little blocks which, when stacked, form a shape. Shadow Warrior and Blood have these included with the game, and there is speculation that a version 1.6 or 1.7 of Duke 3D would have included voxels.
