I am getting the exact problem when I would run Half-Life in D3D mode. The movements and actions are lagged but frame rates are great. In Half Life the was fixed by changing D3D_FLIP to 1. Is there anything like this? It does the same lagging in even the lowest graphics intensive mode. Also, when running in software mode, it is like it is supposed to be.

PIII 1GHz
256MB RAM
32MB Geforce2 GO

Thanks,

Have a look in the "Display Properties/Settings/Advanced" and see if you can see something like a "Render no more than X frames ahead." setting. Change that to 2.

If you don't have that, just switching between the game's startup Options dialog's Triple/Double buffering.

Just checking, are you playing the game on a laptop? (I thought the GO chipset is available for laptops, right?)

Does the same buffering problem appear with Software T&L?
