Help - Max's voice is too loud!

Hi Gang,

If i try to crank up the sound a bit so that the sound effects are nice and loud... just like i do on any other game i've ever owned.. maxes voices is so dang loud when it cuts in that it blows me out the chair. How can i adjust the voice settings? This is an irritating thing as i want to be able to turn up the sound effects just like any other game i own, but , having max blowing out my woofer not all that great of a play experience.

ANY help ...make that constructive, non-jerk help is much apreciated.

If you're really that desperate, extract the .ras files, and modify the wavs yourself.

yeah its like , you want to turn up the sound so thoes 200 dollar speakers can make nice sound effects, but then maxes voice.. not to mention the other voices in the comic book story scenes.. really gets loud. Kinda strange that its like this.. even stranger that very few people seem to know what the hell im talking about
