Screenshot and developer mode at the same time?

I really like taking sweet ass pics of the game in action, but when i want to go back to developer mode, i have to exit the game(which takes a good 4 min)and go change the target again. my target currently looks like this:
"C:\Program Files\Max Payne\MaxPayne.exe" -screenshot"

i'd really eppriciate some help. oh, and how do i get the rats to come out with desert eagles?????

You can use as many parameters as you wish..
