MIssing Bullet Time Health and Ammo info some times

During my game you cane see interactive items sucj as enemies and guns through walls. the enemy's are blank and the guns are black. You can also see his hand and gun through his body. Also The health bar, bullet time meter and amm and weapon info appear and disappear from time to time. Is there any way i can fix this?

When you first run the game, go into the options, and where it says "Screen Buffers", change it from triple to double.
