I really ask me what Take 2 wants from them now. How in hell can they expect that a bankrupted company pays them the 12 Million Dollars? Thats insane! Take 2 also has to prove that they made a contract with 3DR with a deventive deadline or realse date in it, cant see that happening, because such a thing dose not exist. Breach of contract my ass......they just want to pressure Miller and Brussard so they give them the complete rights on the game and whatnot.
