I had lockups similar to what I've seen described on this board. I also had flashing textures. I tried everything described here and in the GeForce FAQ site including lowering sound acc., no overclocking, install DX again, downloading VIA 4 in1 drivers 4.33,changing BIOS settings, running at 16 bit color, lower resolutions,reducing hardware acc.,lowering all settings in MP options, a lot of other things from GeForce FAQ I didn't understand,even reformated and reinstalled. None of these fixed anything.
I was using the 12.90 drivers since I say that their performance was best for my card.I then installed the 12.41 drivers and they fixed everything. I run great at 32 bit, overclocked, full acc on everything etc. Give them a try. I was so pssd off with the game, now I'm enjoying it.
