I think I solved the Crash Exit problem

1.You need the patch
2.Update your video drivers
3.THE MOST IMPORTANT PART:When you exit the game and it asks you which exit sentence to choose.Press and hold your mouse button on the exit sentence and continue holding it until you exit the entire program and nothing crashes.I need feedback please just to see if it is just my comp or everyones.

They met the requirements tho, and turning off the hardware acceleration for the sound card fixed it for him!
