PC Game (windowed game) where little critter wants your pointer

I don't know what's it's called. It reminds me of
the game "Nyco", a game where a kitten tries
to capture your pointer.

The character in the unknown game looks
something like a little gremlin.

If so I still have that on my back up. Since I can't read any text in the game I just called the file Cursor.swf

This should be an actual desktop game, hardcoded into an OS. Imagine the little guy using your desktop folders, windows and toolbars as tools and barriers against you. Or vice versa.

I think it's the original Catz, isn't it? I remember that from back in the day, sometimes a certain breed will be "teased" by your pointer, and he'll pounce at it, and try to grab on to you until you move your mouse fast enough to shake him off.

ya i have that game in my old computer but unfortunetly i lost that but it was flash game and the small guy in pink in that is correct i played it very much...
i think its name is cats ur rite bro...
