C'mon. You know you want it. The only thing that could top a Duke/Sam collaboration would be a Duke/Sam/Chuck Norris/Mr.T Collaboration. And that ain't happening.

Yeah but, you know, they're not like the best friends in the world. What kind crossover would you have in mind, one where one of them is the good guy and the other the bad one? Or one where they compete each other in saving the world? Or one where they're a team and they kick ass and chew bubble gum from behind each other  ?

Odds are against such a game being conceived.

Serious Sam is essentially a parodization of Duke Nukem so i don't see this happening.
and in Serious Sam 2, Duke's skeleton is hanging from a tree so in Sam continuity, Duke Nukem is dead.

I think it would be cool, you know, to alternatively play with both of them along the storyline and in the end they meet up coincidencial and the story ends :) with a "The End?".
But they have to do something with sams looks and lines, for Christ's sake  .
[Edit]
And no little blue people with big heads :D !

Given how silly Serious Sam is, i doubt that there is any kind of "story" in there. I believe that they design the levels and the enemies first and then think of some sort of story later.
I would like to see a crossover or something, but for it to work it has to use Serious Sam's silliness, otherwise it wouldn't be much believable. Not that Duke Nukem has any serious story, but in SS's universe everything is doable :-P.

I want it the other way, bring sam into duke universe, i think it's cooler than the small blue people with big heads :D , which it's nothing wrong with them they just don't fit with big guns and muscular bad-asses :) .

Serious Sam 2 is the only cartoony Serious Sam game. Croteam said they're going back to the more realistic look and feel of the first Serious Sam with all future games... So a clash of the Duke/Sam verse wouldn't have little blue people.
I'm thinking this: Sam and Duke have both traveled through time. What if on their respective time travel journeys they somehow bumped into each other?

Yeah, it could be. Let's say the future's really nasty and they send duke in the past to prevent the nasty shit and there's sam and they cooperate to save the world from the bad shit. Yeah, souds really awsm, something like terminator, who knows maybe they bump into arnold aswell :D .

Isn't that the premise behind both Duke3D and SSam?
Seemed to work pretty well for them.
I think it could work, just give them a reason to set their differences aside to fight a common evil, etc, etc, etc, etc. It'd be like those comedies where the Big City cop, and the Country constable have to work together to solve The Big Case, and invariably fight in the beginning; but by the end, learn that they share more in common than they thought.
Plus we'd get a hilarious moment where Duke levels the Shrink Gun at Sam's midsection, powers it up, and says some one liner - thus ending whatever hilarious debate they were having - in Duke's favour, of course.
Similarly, how about: Duke Nukem VS Shadow Warrior (it's been kind of done, but never REALLY done, yaknow?)

Serious Sam is essentially a parodization of Duke Nukem so i don't see this happening.
Moreover, it would be utterly POINTLESS. The characters are so similar that nothing is gained by having both of them in the same game. In a good crossover, characters from the different games/books/whatever each bring something different to the table.
