Since I don't suffer of any of those "bugs" mentioned on the main page this patch seems pretty useless to me. Will we see a patch that will increase the game's performance or is the 1.02 patch does the job?

the 1.02 patch only fixes the taskbar problem, and everything that was fixed in the 1.01 patch. You will not see any performance increase. I doubt there will be ever another patch either.
