Bullets on pause screen

I have "-developerkeys" on and I was playing with the gamespeed and camera options. All of the sudden, I could see the bullets in mid-air when I paused the game...but I can't get them to appear again. I know there's a way to make it permenant...someone help me please.

It looks like you're just missing the bullets, ie. pressing Pause at the wrong time. Try slowing the time down to the extreme with PageUp/PageDown and when you see the bullets flying, slow it down to zero.
