Hay guys, I wanna know something: I found a Duke Nukem logo on Deviant ART (http://diego9000.deviantart.com/art/Duke-Nukem-Dock-Icon-132639072), and I want to use it in a contest, but I can't use copyrighted images. Do you think this is not copyrighted even if it is a duke nukem logo and there is no possible mistake on its nature?

Well... for one someone else made that on Deviant Art so using their work for your contest entry would be in bad taste, you should make one yourself.

That particular image isn't copyrighted as it is fan made, so in this case no... however I urge you not to use it unless you have made it or have gotten permission from the artist.
