Die hards were getting over seas accounts to play the revamped version..
So i guess they figured there is a market for it after all.

Id rather have them support the game i already bought. :/

Reminds me of the L4D1 players. :D

But do you seriously expect to get things for free? Your just a spoiled brat who wants stuff for free. ;)

Making fun of mentally challenged fanboys aside, I agree with you enitrely.

Strange.

I'm in the middle of playing through Hellgate in single user mode, because i kind of missed it. No chance of getting our characters back I suppose...

It had flaws, but was fun at the time :)

If you're playing single player there are some game mods
on this page that improve the game somewhat

Uh, wow this is absolutely unexpected

I was one of the three people who actually loved the game. I really hope this is true!

Holy goddamn shit, it lives again! How soon can I start playing again? I thought Hudson, Basky and I were the only ones that enjoyed that game! :D

I imagine in order to begin playing again you will have to re-buy the game.

Think of the wallets, the sad wallets. :(

I really hope they validate the original CD Keys, it would be a pretty dick move not too.

I don't think they will. The game is no longer "Hellgate: London," but "Hellgate: Resurrection" which to me seems to mean that it will be marketed as a different game requiring a different purchase.

The new company would receive nothing ($$$) in return for activating old cd keys... remember the company that received your money, Flagship, is dead and buried.

I doubt they'll honor previous cd keys, but I'm going to
get the game anyway when I can.
At least we have new tilesets finally.

Hell, I'll rebuy it if I have to. I loved it :)
