Slow down issues

I have new drivers, everythign is turned off and everythign is nice on MP. UNTIL I get outside, in the snow... The framterate decreases and its almost unbearable... When I re-enter a building its perfectly smooth again. I've had everything set to low and done everything I could think of, still outside I get horrible framerates. I'm wondering if anything knows how to help?

Most likely your videocard has trouble rendering those scenes, not much you can do except buying a new videocard.

How old is your card anyway, haven't heard of it?
