Please Help

I am looking for a game i have played years ago any help would be greatly appreciated...

Its an old Basketball simulator type game, i say that because it uses a basketball and a hoop and you can play on certain planets with Jupiter being one and you can alter gravity and air pressure. One thing i also remember is that one of the backgrounds can be changed to the Eiffel Tower either at dawn or dusk.

It would have been a DOS game.

I have been playing a lot of old games recently and remembered playing this one years ago. I dont know why i liked it then considering it was in the educational section.
