Well, we could try...
But first you need to give a detailed description of the problem and then about your system. (Saying that all the other games run perfectly fine does not help at all, because not all games stretch the computers' capabilities as much.)
So, what exactly happens with the game on your computer? Does it always happen on the same spot? Can you reproduce it? What other programs are you running at the same time (you should run only the necessary files to operate a computer when playing)?
Then run dxdiag.exe, run graphics test, save all information and post the .txt file here or send it by email. That will give us a pretty good overview on your hardware and driver situation.
By the way, when reporting technical problems, it is NEVER sufficient to say something like "I've got the latest drivers installed." It is such a relative concept in this day and age, that tech support always wants to know exactly what drivers you have.
So, give more info and we'll see what we can do.

Hey, Ive got WINME and it worked fine except for crashing on exit. If you look at the site it gives this solution for that.
System lockup when exiting the game
===================================
Problem:The game locks up when you exit the game
Solution: Enter the Multimedia properties, change the playback & Recording device to game compatible and also reduce hardware acceleration for the sound card.
Solution: People with a modem that supports "Voice Audio" may need to disable the audio properties from the modem preferences.
I put in a new Audigy Sound Card and now have no problem.
In regard to your problem it may just be a hardware problem it appears that is most of the trouble on this site. You really do need to give more information on your system.
Good Luck,
