Basically which FPS games have the scene from Saving Private Ryan where they storm the beach and get slaughtered.

I remember on of the Medal of Honor games had it. Also someone mentioned COD2 but I cant remember that scene in it.

Others?

Does that have a proper single player game or is it tacked on. Sorry all I know about BF games are that they were mostly designed for MP?

I think Medal of Honor: Allied Assault has it?

Call of Duty 2 has Pointe Du Hoc. It's also D-Day. It's getting rid of the big guns that would rain death on the soldiers on those beaches.

Yeah, Allied Assault has one that's very similar to the Omaha Beach in Saving Private Ryan. I believe it's the second mission into the game.

Medal of Honor: Frontline also has a map set at the beach. It's different from the one found in AA in terms of looks and gameplay but it's still quite epic.

I remember a game WWII GI, That had D-Day landings as the first mission. If i am not mistaken its the last game that uses the Duke 3D Bulid engine.

MOH: Frontline has the beach landing as the first level. MOH: Allied Assault has the beach landing as the first level of the third mission.

The first Stalingrad mission in Call of Duty is close enough probably.

I think that just about covers it. Someone made a big thread about this awhile ago, I was just a reader then, not a member.
