What kind of fps and graphics will I get in MP with this system:

-128 mb sdram
-GeForce 2 MX 400 PCI
-Win2k pro os
-800x600 res @ 85hz

Given your OS, some more memory might come in handy, but the game should run well in medium to high detail I think.

Agreed, an 866Mhz machine should have more than just 128Mb of memory.
