well your graphics card isn't very impressive so u shouldn't expect to get much out of it for max payne.u could turn the detail down but i recommend a new graphics card, the geforce2mx400 is a nice budget card.

MrDeath,

You have a very weak CPU whan it comes to 3d applications and so is your video card. A new Videocard could help you out, if you got the money, I would advise a GF3 TI200 wich is the budget version of the GF3. Don't expect miracles tough.

Hi Mr Death.
I have to agree - your video card looks like the main problem. If you can, replace it with either a Geforce 2 or - better still - some form of Geforce 3.
Your processor isn't fast enough to let you get really top-notch performance from the game... but with a good video card and some careful tweaking of the Graphics Options, you should be able to get pretty decent gameplay that still looks good I think. Oh - more RAM would be a good idea to if you can afford it. Most games seem to be designed with 256 meg or more in mind nowdays.

remember though mr death if u intend to get a top of the range graphics card you'll have to get a faster processor otherwize it will create a bottleneck,so basically what i mean is if u go and buy a geforce3ti5oo it won't work to its full potential because the processor is holding it back.good luck
