Need your human help about a unpredictable and sick person

What do you say to a female person (20-23yo) that steals from you and hangs out with friend that sell heroine and also steal from you.

Then she get's nasty and angry for no dam reason and makes you feel bad as if YOU did something. She insults you, screams and slams doors.
She insults you in the supermarket, because you meet her by accident, like being 12 years old, without having any moral, like she never had someone that loves her.
A unpredictable nutcase,.
Probably because she's stealing all the time.
Her only apparent reason: Because I'm weak!


She also comes ringing your "doorbell" in middle of the night and slams on your door frequently, almost breaking it for one instance!
One of those also stole your mobile phone and money in frequent rate's, probably when you were asleep and had your door unlocked, probably to buy more drug's, probably because of dependence.
These guy's are your neighbors or at least live in the same building.
You always know, sometime you see 'em again.
I'm breaking my head constantly trying to get a solution what to say to break her apart the most, psychically.


This person probably endured something terrible, but this is not my problem I'm not related in any way.

This fills me up with pure hatred, I like to kill or rip someones head of. I dream about smashing their head's. :insomnia: :insomnia: :insomnia: :insomnia:
Honestly, I fear this person,
But more do I fear myself to deal out some unpredictable painful reaction, to go berserk..
I'm a very soft and easy guy, but this person hurts my feeling so much that I can't leave it and calm myself.

I'm looking for some powerful sentence that is easily remembered and will break her up mentally, when she has time to think about it. Not direct by it's meaning, but of what she makes out of it.
In the manner of Stephen King's 'Thinner'. Were that old native American woman say's that mysterious sentence, the guy isn't shocked, but suddenly he starts loosing his weight until he die's.

Oh and btw she is BRAZIL! and her friend is ******* ALBANIAN, because that's the only ******* dam thing they care of, yeah those kinds.

Put a nice Deadbolt lock on the door and move on, there are no magic words that fix people. It is likely the consequences of her actions will be the only thing that changes her (if she lives through it).

If you think she will senselessly bust the door in, you'd better get an alarm, camera, or in some way get her into jail for breaking in.

As someone long experienced in the drug world here is exactly what to do.

The next time her or her friends show up, greet her cellphone in hand and say, "Listen you dumb junky c*** get the f*** away from me right now or I'm calling the cops. If she's not gone in 10 seconds, do it.

Do not hang around with people messed up on heroin. Unless you would like everything stolen from you and your life at risk from the whims of her low life associates stay the hell away from her. Don't even hesitate to call the cops, get them involved from the get go.


But always stay away from heroin addicts, even if you are one. If you are in a complex with them I think I would just move. Getting them kicked out might have some peeved and very desperate and violent people who feel they have to get back at you. You really do not want to be a part of that world, just leave. There is no possible gain and every conceivable loss by being anywhere near them or in any way involved with them.
