Just installed this game but its too slow...
I changed the resolution all the way down to 80x600x32 and 16...still slow.
AMD-K6 3d processor
192 omb rams
what next pls????

But I think that there are a truckload of threads with these discussions... images/icons/wink.gif
What videocard are you using?
I think your cpu is a little slow to get good fps in Max payne. Those K6 cpu's were real bad at 3D, maybe if you were using a GF type card you could compensate a bit, but I fear you cpu just isn't good enough.

Well, I'm running MP at 1024x768 on a Celeron 400 with 320MB of RAM and a GeForce 2 MX400 (64MB). It runs smooth enough for me.

Im running a k6-2 550
256 ram
geforce2 mx-200 32mb
runs really good at 800x600 16
med graphics settings
at 1024x768 its a little choppy as with all my gaming......
