The Grinning Man is the scariest, most terrifying, and creepiest thing ever. If you think you have what it takes, then you may want to read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Grinning_Man
Note: I hold no responsibility for any fear, paranoia, or medical conditions (i.e. heart attacks) that arise from you getting scared of The Grinning Man.

What about Joan Rivers? She causes a few nightmares.

Was there a recent sighting that prompted this or anything? This thread seems very... unprecedented.

A tall green man with a shimmering shiny suit and big ol' belt who grins at people?
Not creepy.
I'll tell you what's creepy... Shadow people. 7-8 foot lanky black figures that appear for short amounts of time. Even creepier is having actually seen them.

Look it up. I've seen this phenomenon and it's very freaky, like something out of Peter Pan. I won't bother bickering over whether or not its actually supernatural (who the heck knows?).

Nah, all of this is not as creepy as the scurries, some people call them by a different name, basically a dark shape you usually see run accross the floor out of the corner of your eye, they always move just out of sight as you turn your head.
I used to see all sorts of things when I was younger, I don't know if it was there or wether I immagined it, though I did often wake up covered in bruises that nobody could figure out how they had got there - I shall elaborate on this if anybody wants me to hi-jack the thread with my boring stories.
I've seen little green men and stuff before too, but I was on mushrooms at that time so that was to be expected.
a sudden eye twitch/brain fart = supernatural shadow people
of course

I've heard of the grinning man stories. Here's an excellent, excellent thread from the neogaf forums regarding creepy, paranormal type stuff:

My favorite is The Dyatlov Pass incident. Very creepy and disturbing.
