Looks great but

the game works fine, but i am seeing transparent squares around blood, in between rails and on other objects. can anyone help me with this problem?

What video card are you using? Sounds like a driver problem. Are you using an older video card?

im using a SiS 32mb card. i have the new driver, i think.

I saw a couple of SIS video cards on the supported video card list in the MP FAQ. Is yours one of them?

Unfortunately SIS graphics cards have a problem with handling transparent textures with lightmaps (eg, blood, graffitis etc). For them to work properly you need hardware that has "multitexturing" capabilities, and seems your SIS card doesn't have that.
