How do i use an .mpm mod?

i just got one but i dont know how to use it. please help me.

Put it in your Max Payne folder (c:\program files\max payne), and then start up the game. When the menu appears on the screen, select a custom game (i think that's what it says) from the drop down menu.

Start the game, and it will take you through the mod.
