Need help with developer codes

I was in part three chapter 5 or 6. Then my game got saved over. I was trying to use the -developerkeys command but it wont work. I am using windows ME, and when I change the path it gives me an error about that path not pointing to a file. Does the code not work with windows ME? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there are signs like this " around the path, put the code outside of them. If there aren't anything you just add them behind it as normal. Go to http://www.paynereactor.com and read the Cheats/Hints page if you still don't know how to do it...
