Eats harddrives for breakfast, so be sure to apply a codec like DivX on the recording afterwards. Also, you'll need to raise the gamma correction slightly too.

VideoMach (http://www.gromada.com/VideoMach.html) is a free and easy video editing program which will do both of the above for you.
