scuse me but i think its rubbish.
have u even set one single exit? this thing plays @ 2 fps where max payne ran smoothly @40+, although there aint even any complex architecture in it...
also its flooded with tons of prefabs.

but the worst thing about it was the placement of the enemys. although theres lots of cheaters you should also think about the non-cheating folks and not put 10+ enemies in one tiny room.

i could talk on like that for 1 more hours but ill bring this to an end with my bottom line:
