Max Payne discontinued?

I was about to order Max Payne here from 3drealms. I called up their toll-free number but they said they didn't have it so I came back online but surprisingly didn't find it on the order form or in Yahoo's store except where they said something about ordering it from Amazon.com . Just out of curiosity, did 3drealms discontinue this game because I thought this was their coolest creation yet ?

Erm... Remedy is still making Max Payne 2, 3DR was basically just advice-people. Take 2 didn't make anything, Take 2 is a publisher, they release games. Mafia was made by Illusion Softworks (Hidden & Dangerous 1, 2 coming soon) from Czech Republic.
