When Payne meets him in the bar, a fast paced rock music plays! Does anyone know the title of it?

It's part of the in-game music: it occurs in a few other places too. If you extract the game data you can get access to the music files in wav format.

That particular track is called "Whack Him".

Personally, I didn't like the 'whack him' tune all that much - it's a bit too loud and repetitive for my tastes. 'Mr Big', and 'Byazatine power game' were more interesting in my opinion. Also, I just noticed that there's another tune in the game that isn't used anyware called "The Flesh of fallen angels'.

I'm pretty sure the flesh of fallen angels is used in the game, I just can't remember when. I recognised it though.

Could be - I haven't played the later levels recently, so I could have missed it.
