Max payne action figures

is there any chanse there are going to be max payne action figures, if so wil we be able to buy them overseas?

i have the same problem with the duke nukem action figures, there not for sale over here images/icons/frown.gif
maybe when i have some cash o spare i`ll buy some images/icons/smile.gif
