Ridiculously stuck at killing the third

I came to kill the third one of the trio at part 2 chapter 5 you see? He simply does not die. He is ridiculously stuck at the corner, running, and I have unlimited time to kill him, but all of my ammo finishes without him dying.

Reload the level and try again. If you start the level over, he might "unstick" himself. The same thing happened to me with Gognitti when I played on my friend's system. He perpetually ran into a door and was invincible. Restarting the level fixed it.
