I don't think getting your sources for weapons on one game, from another game is a good idea. Alot of games, while trying to make weapons realistic as possible, use different variations of certain models and then modify them some. Here's a tad more detailed list of the MP weapon counter parts.

Beretta
Real Name: Beretta m92f
Type: Semi automatic pistol
Manufacturer: Beretta
Caliber: 9mm
Capacity: 15 + 1

Desert Eagle
Real Name: Desert Eagle Mark XIXX
Type: Semi automatic high caliber pistol
Manufacturer: IMI, Magnum Research
Caliber: .357, .44 Magnum, .50AE
Capacity: (.357) 9 + 1, (.44 Magnum/.50AE) 7 + 1

Shotgun/Sawed Off
Just generic stuff. Pretty accurate as is. Most police issue shotguns hold 7 - 8 10/12 gauge shells.

Ingram
Real Name: Mac-10
Type: Automatic machine pistol
Manufacturer: Ingram, and various others
Caliber: .45 ACP
Capacity: Magazine sizes vary. Most common come in 30 and 32 rounds.

Colt Commando
Real Name: Colt Commando/M4a1
Type: Assault Rifle
Manufacturer: Colt
Caliber: 5.56mm
Capacity: 30

Jackhammer
Real Name: Jackhammer
Type: Fully automatic assault shotgun

Sniper Rifle
Again, another generic weapon. Most closely resembles the M24 bolt action sniper rifle, which has a capacity of 5 7.62 NATO rounds.

M79
Pretty much exactly as it appears in game. Was commonly called "thumper" throughout its extensive use in Vietnam. Fires standard 40mm grenades.

The Ingram M10 and M11 submachine guns are American, designed by Gordon B. Ingram (hence the name).

But Desert Eagle is actually an Israeli weapon (IMI = Israeli Military Industries). It's also manufactured under license by Magnum Research USA.
