Can't get out of tutorial

This is my first attempt at playing a game such as this. I have tried to go through the tutorial almost 10 times. I keep getting stuck in the subway entrance. They give me a clue "You need to press the enemy dispenser first". Any help would be appreciated.

The enemy dispenser is a red button by the pay phones on the house wall near the bus stop. You're supposed to push it so enemies come running for you to shoot. That's where the tutorial continues.

Tip: Don't miss the secret room when you're finished doing all the tasks in the tutorial. Jump from the van to the fan to the stairs...

The 'enemy dispenser' is a button which is situated on the right side of the street (Right = side of the busstop) next to the little alley.
You have to push that.

There's no actual ending as such to the tutorial. There's no door you go through to get to "the next level". It's just one of those things that you stop once you've had enough "tutoring". images/icons/smile.gif
