I killed all of the men and am in the room with the maze of pictures and the "R" rotating .... what do I do now?

There's no time limit I know of in the bonus level. Maybe you're confusing it with New York Minute. It's kinda silly to imagine a time limit in that level anyway. It'd be like going over Niagra Falls in a barrel and saying "You only have 5 minutes to make it to the bottom."
