I'm more wondering who's gonna play Max Payne in Max Payne 2 images/icons/shocked.gif

(they are using "actors" now instead of their own faces, I'm hoping that doesn't count for Sam Lake too, but it may be unless Remedy confirm otherwise)

But, dear god, don't let them pick David Boreanaz. He's way too "big" physically. IMO someone built more like Edward Norton (think Fight Club, not American History X) would fit better.

And because UBB sucks ass, I can't post the link to Mr. Williams' IMDB profile and I can't be bothered to find a fansite with any good pictures. So you can go find pictures of him yourselves, you lazy monkeys.

viper, i loved that show. it was sorta like knightrider except the car didnt talk but sum of the gadgets from the car and having it turn the car into sumthing different like morphing and stuff was just soo cool.

yeh youre right tho about james mcaffrey as the voice of payne, it was him. i seen what he looks like on the viper show and i think he looks and is suitable to be cast as max payne if the movie goes in production that is. james has the look, he can act, he can even sound like max in the game himself, and most probably he could do a lotta stunts and have bullettime shootdodges so so.

its just like debating who should be cast as solid snake in the mgs solid if there is such a possibility of that happening. david hayter (x-men, guyver,) voice of snake should be snake in movie. he looks the part and sounds it also.

Don't care as long as they keep him for the voice acting. Model change I can just about cope with; but listening to a voice actor trying to imitate another voice actor is distracting.

OR, they can have a nice calm game of "tank vs pinto" chicken. OR for those of you who put on the perental lock but you dont have kids...(pansy)...they can just go through navy seal training (bud/s, hell week is only a short part of the beginnig)

I think Johnny Depp is one of the most sensible suggestions that's been here, he can play well in so many different roles, Fear and Loathing, Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhand, From Hell, etc. He'd be good. But there will be a B actor if the movie get's made...

there are really many good actors its real hard to decide who is more suitable to play the role of max payne.
the way to make the choosing easier to find the perfect payne is to find comparisons from the character payne and the real life version of the person. consider the age, height, weight, look and personality and acting ability.
my choices:
david boreanz from angel
sean patrick scott from amercian pie 1 and 2
vince vaughn from the remake of psycho
keifer sutherland from young guns 1 and 2 and the acclaimed 24 series
christian slater from very bad things and broken arrow
