So if the face was based on Sam Lake, is he going to be playing Max in the future movie? Be kinda cool with the actor having the face that's in the game. 'Sides, who'd know how to play the part better than the script-writer? images/icons/smile.gif

By the way, isn't there a real actor that looks like Max (aka Mr. Lake)? I know there is, just can't think of his name

IMO Sam Lake as Max Payne (with James McCaffrey's voice) in the movie would be the best choice.

I doubt they would cast a non-actor for the role. Perhaps they'll look for someone who exudes Payne-ness. images/icons/wink.gif

Sam Lake speaks English with a finnish accent, and unless you want some Hong Kong'ish dubbed movie I don't recommend that images/icons/smile.gif

Is it just me or does Max look a helluva lot like Johnny Knoville (Jackass) in the movie sceens? Maybe he will be max in the movie.

What about Hugh Jackman (Swordfish, X-Men) ???
Not very look-alike, but I believe he would fit Max's character very well.

I think he looks a lot like that guy of of Band of Brothers. Winters i think.

Another suggestion...well I don't know how good of an actor he is, but does anybody know the guy on SciFi's old show Firstwave? His name is Sebastian Spence...he reminds me of Max Payne...not near as hot, but a psuedo lookalike.
