I think he's trying to say that max payne can choose difrent careers. Like a mobster, junkie, cop or fujutive.
each killing for money wich they get from ther boss, so they can unlock divrent items and caracters or levels. Each caracter would have its own unickue ability ( gee, thats original ).
Like the junky having unlimited bullet time.
The cop being better in handling guns

max payne max payne. what you are thinking is that what, he will have character changes that will alter his personality and lifestyle?

such as what? does he get born again or something? does he become a hare krishna or a moonie?

i dont see where he could possibly get work anyways now after killing 1000+ people.

a 'cop' does things like gather evidence and arrest people.

maybe you could be 'max payne: the prequel'... what he did in life before the V thing hit so big. and his wife died. but i'd wager they have already done most of the game storyline/character ideas by now so.
