Video tape incriminating Woden

I just finished playing Max Payne. I think it's the BEST game I ever played!!! images/icons/smile.gif

I have a question: In one chapter, Max puts a video about Woden into his pocket, and goes on killing bad guys. But when the game ends, it seems that he is going to jail (in the last scene, he is in a police car)... why doesn't he use the video to prove woden's guilt?
