Ive tried to enable the cheats console by changing my target line address, but recieve a message about non-existant file or target. I have the full game, is this a problem that others have? or am I doing something wrong?

don`t forget the " at the beginning and end

yea, I know to include the quotation marks, I always get a message that the file or location is not recognized. Its not a big deal, Ive made it through the whole game, I was just trying to get access to different weapons and healths.

When I try to type in the codes an error command pops up and it tells me I have to put semicolons at the end but when I try that it still doesn't work.
