For those of you who read the Multifunction Post, you'll already have a reason why I am. (My profile shall have a picture of ME in Max's full regalia). Well, I've created my own Max Payne action figures from 12-inch Ultimate Soldiers. (I've made one of Max [duh], a SWAT, and several thuggz from the game). After getting the game, I played it every single day for over three months. Really. Whenever I got home, I'd play MP nonstop. By now I obviously play the levels on autopilot, and since familiarity breeds contempt, I'm taking a brief break from the game so I can post at this site and keep from ever hating this surefire Game of the Year.
I've made numerous pieces of much-loved fan fiction.
I've made my own Graphic Novels of Max Payne, some of which are better than in the game!
I've recruited more than ten people into Remedy's clutches by telling them about the game and having them proceed to buy it.
I honestly am called "Max Payne" by people at school. I swear that people come up to me and say, "What's up, Max Payne?"
I own almost all of John Woo's movies, having gotten them before the game came out, and I watched them only because they reminded me of the action in the game.
Everyone in my family knows everything there is to know about Max Payne.
I've started to like Berettas only because they're used extensively in the game.
I had Max's same haircut for a while, although I did away with it because I didn't like being a tarthead. (In the photo, though, I'll have the flat top again.)
And of course, I intend to buy ALL the action figures when they come out next year.
(Please tell me that after all this, I'm at least a BIG fan of the game...? Maybe even... the number one fan)
