My guess would be the manual would be of the PDF variety.

All I ask is if it comes in a DVD European style box. I will buy a copy if it does. If it doesn't I see little point.

If I buy a copy of ROTT from 3DR, does it still come with one of the awesome ROTT manuals, or are you out of them and not printing any more?

I have several CD copies of ROTT, but I'd buy another if I could get a new manual (my old one is in tatters now)

I'll probably buy one because the CD I have now is so scratched. I don't want to loose one of my favorite games! Too bad I can't get Terminal Velocity and Black Knight on it again, but oh well. <B-Ko>Can't have everything.</B-Ko>

In some games like the german MoH:AA they have packed both CDs one over another.
Great ! Lets get the CDs scratchy as hell.
Fortunately i have not those castrated version.
My comes from Ireland, and there they have put the 2nd CD in a paper case.
And the funniest thing is, there are DVD cases that can contain 2 or 3 CDs.
For me as a collector the DVD case is hell.

I know man i HATE DVD cases for games. Since they cant fit in my CD rack I have to look around my desk somewhere to jam the awkward thing. I was kinda pissed that they did it for Max Payne but the game more than makes up for its shitty package. CD Jewel cases please. If its a two disc game, put it into one of those slim double-disc cases (where it folds open) and if its more then put it in the standard doublesize case that can hold up to four disc's.. and NO PAPER SLEEVES! They get all fxcked up and dont have cool artwork on them like the jewel cases.

It will be a jewel case - no (printed anyway) manual. The manual has been scanned in, and you can view it in your web browser off the installation. That's the way it's been for a couple of years now for these "CD remasters" we've done. I should know, I've done them all. images/icons/smile.gif

And if you want a DVD case, just stick the CD in an empty DVD case. images/icons/smile.gif

I'd much prefer that to the paper sleeves they're coming in these days. Plus they'l be able to go on the same shelf as your console games and movies. What's not to like?

I don't even use cases anymore. I just have one big multiple-cd case I put them all in. Though, I'd probably prefer a jewel case to anything else. Followed by a DVD case.
